Jessika has been passionate about creating musical experiences ever since she was able to grasp a microphone. It came as no surprise that she ended up studying music in college, and even after becoming a mother, she’s shared her love of music by singing and performing at every opportunity in between working a regular 9 to 5 job. It didn’t take long to realize she wanted to finally create a career in music for herself. Having a great knowledge and ear for music brought her to DJing, mixing her favorite tunes and curating the best sets for her clients. Feeling that surge of energy from the dance floor as one song transitions to the next when the dancers recognize the tune is one of her favorite parts of DJing. She is an avid fan of rock, pop, and R&B of the 70s-90s, and is also a vocalist in The Vinyl Countdown, covering all of the greatest hits of that era.

"Jessika was a truly fantastic DJ through every part of the experience. She met with us several times before the event to work out logistics, feel out our tastes in music, and to just get to know us. On the day of our wedding she showed up early and had two stations set up for music, the reception area and a large grassy area for a cocktail hour. All the music was perfect, she did just enough MC'ing to get people on the dance floor or direct attention to the event at hand, but overall she let the music do the talking. Her music selection was great and she hit all the songs we wanted, and better yet she wasn't afraid to ignore the requests from guests that were on our "do not play" list that she compiled with us ahead of time. The party went on until they kicked us out and we had a blast."
