DJ Abby Imperial

Abby Imperial is an East Bay native raised in Hayward, who now resides in Oakland overlooking Lake Merritt. Her love of music stems from her mother listening to Sade & Erykah Badu and her older brother who introduced her to Mac Dre growing up. She first learned how to DJ under DJ Fuze from Digital Underground in 2015 at a nonprofit organization called Youth Radio and now regularly produces shows on NTS Radio and frequently gigs at bars, clubs and private events throughout Oakland and the larger Bay Area. Her style of music ranges from 90s contemporary R&B to Bay Area Hyphy era music with a touch of House and 80s Freestyle and you can often find her crate digging at record shops for rare finds. In her spare time, she also enjoys hiking, biking and perfecting the proper skincare routine (she hopes to become a certified medical esthetician!)
